Receive: A twenty-five percent (25%) discount off your purchase price at the time of purchase.

Important Restrictions:

A. Validity of Offer. Offer is valid for legal residents of the contiguous (48) United States and Canada. Void wherever taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Former clients whose memberships were cancelled due to violation(s) of HairClub policies are not eligible for the Offer.

By participating in Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and that the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Offer and these Terms are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

B. How to Participate. Participant must: purchase two (2) Qualifying Styling Products and one (1) Qualifying Brush Product¹ at a participating HairClub Center between May 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025 to receive twenty-five percent (25%) off your purchase price at the time of purchase.

This Offer is not to be combined with any other HairClub discount, coupon, offer or promotion.

Offer is void if consumer acts in a belligerent, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate manner in conjunction with same as determined by HairClub Center in its sole discretion. If Offer is void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to consumer under any legal theory.

C. Redemption. Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offer rights are not assignable/transferable. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer.

D. Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Offer, consumer releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and (as appropriate), its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, individual retail licensees, divisions, and agencies, as well as their respective officers, partners, principals, directors, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer.

2. Receive: A $50 HairClub Virtual Prepaid Mastercard^®2 (“Virtual Card”) sent via email issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC (“Pathward”) pursuant to license by Mastercard.

Important Restrictions:

A. Validity of Offer. Offer is valid for legal residents of the continental (48) United States. Void wherever taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older and agree to Pathward’s terms and conditions as detailed on the Virtual Card. D. Limitations of Liability.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, programming or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind including: emails (including attachments) that are inaccessible, undeliverable, corrupted, garbled, jumbled, late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, delayed for any reason. If circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor (i.e., a force majeure event, such as a strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, equipment failure/malfunction/error or tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether Sponsor’s implementation of the Offer as originally intended (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Offer and honor only those valid requests (if any) received prior to such action by Sponsor; and, in such event, notice of such action will be posted at www.hairclub.com.
