Building is located in the Southside Works shopping complex to the left
of the Cheesecake Factory. The out door hallway entrance to the office
building is between the retail store named 412 and another empty storefront.
Metered street parking is available. There is a parking garage named
Ladle parking located on the corner of 26th and Sidney Streets.
Parking cost is $3.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional
hour. We regret that we are unable to validate parking at this time.

Center Description:
2nd Floor. White Building. For privacy purposes there is not a sign
listed. North Lobby listed as HC Suite 201.

From North of Center : (heading South)
Take I-79 South until it merges into I-279 South. Take I-279 South to exit 8A
(Veterans Bridge). The exit will merge onto I-579 South. Take I -579 South to
the exit towards I-376 East (Oakland/ Monroeville). Proceed straight off the
exit onto Boulevard of the Allies 2 miles to Bates Street, RT 885. Make a right
onto Bates Street and then make the first left onto 2nd Ave. Once on 2nd Ave.
Make the first right onto Hot Metal Street Bridge. Cross the bridge and make
a right onto Sydney Street. Once on Sydney street cross over to South 27th Street.

From South of Center : (Heading North)
Take I-79 North to exit 59A (I-279 North). Take I-279 North to exit 6A (I-376 East
towards Monroeville). Take I-376 East to Ft. Pitt Blvd. Merge into the left lane.
Proceed straight through 3 lights. At the 3rd light veer to the left. At the 4th light
turn right onto the Smithfield Street Bridge. Turn Left onto Carson Street. Follow
Carson Street to 27th Street. Turn Left on South 27th Street by American Eagle Outfitters and
Joseph and Beth Bookshop. This is the Southside Works shopping area.

From East of Center: (Heading West)
Take I-376 West towards Pittsburgh. Take Exit 3A (Glenwood). At the end of the
exit make a right onto Bates Street and then make the first left onto 2nd Ave.
Once on 2nd Ave. make the first right onto the Hot Metal Street Bridge. Cross the
bridge and make a right onto Sydney Street. Once on Sydney Street cross over
to South 27th Street.

From West of Center: (Heading East, from Ohio)
Take US 22 East into Pennsylvania. Continue on US 22 10 I-279 North (toward
Pittsburgh) to exit 6A (I 376 East towards Monroeville). Take I-376 East to Ft. Pitt
Blvd. Merge into the left lane. Proceed straight through 3 traffic lights. At the 3rd
light veer to the left. At the 4th light turn right onto Smithfield Street Bridge. Turn
left onto Carson Street. Follow Carson Street to South 27th Street. Turn left on 27th by
American Eagle Outfitters and Joseph and Beth Bookshop. This is the Southside
Works shopping area.
